Can't find Calibration Point

I just got done printing and went to start another and it can't find the front right corner. I went to do a Z calibration and it can't find the same corner. I then tried the XYZ calibration and in can't find the second calibration point. I flashed it with the new version on 3.11 and it is still having the same issue. I changed the mesh bed setting to more points and it still can't find that corner. I confirmed the pinda is reading the metal sheet. Any help would be amazing.

Best Answer by Jonathan:

The Z calibration completed on the side away from the bad side when the X axis was unplugged. When the printer was moved to the side where it had previously failed, it failed again immediately. This led the me to suspect the Pinda probe, which was found to have a broken wire when the cluster of cables was moved (See video Untitled (6)). A new Pinda will be ordered to fix the issue. Thank you so much @Hello for all your help and the suggestion to unplug the X motor, which led to the solution. Thank you.

RE: Can't find Calibration Point

What exactly happens when "it can't find the right corner"? Error message? Behavior shown vs. expected?

When I do the Z calibration it gets to the third calibration (front right corner) and gives me this error "Bed leveling failed. Sensor didn't trigger. Debris on nozzle? waiting". When doing the XYZ where you don't use the metal sheet it finds the first point then goes to the second and it can't find it. It slowly moves up while doing little circles. It reaches the top, maxes out, and it keeps trying to go up until I stop it so it doesn't break itself.

It's about 5 years old. All magnets are in place. It cant find that corner with the metal sheet for the Z calibration and it cant with the XYZ when the sheet it off. It it very consistent and only that corner for all the tests.

RE: Can't find Calibration Point

Have you tried without a steel sheet on the bed and seen if the PINDA probe coming down over the magnets' location? (a dotted circle at the corners.)  If it's not that means that it assembled wrongly.  I discovered this the hard way myself on my previous printer and now always check it on first assembly!

It is very consistent and only that corner for all the tests. It fails on the second calibration point and then it's at the top so it can't find the others and fails. I have hundreds of hours probably 500 hr run time so I don't think it is the assembly.
