Can see com port on MK3S+ for firmware update (3.10 - 3.11)
Trying to update my freshly assembled Prusa MK3S+ to 3.11 but I can't see the COM port which the guide asks me to use (only "Original Prusa i3 MK3 (/dev/cu.usbmodem14201)". Tried swapping USB ports and a full restart. Is there a driver I'm missing?
On iMac Pro running Monterey. Attempting update using PrusaSlicer 2.5.0

Hi TJM
Welcome to the group,
Have you disables the Raspberry pi option in the LCD Menu?
when RasPi. is enabled the serial port is diverted to the connections for the onboard Raspberry pi.

Hi Joan, thanks for the welcome. 🙂
I just checked the settings and it looks like RPi was off from default. I checked it again and am still getting the same issue. Is USB the only way to update the firmware?
