Broken heat caerteridge cable and printer resetting when heating
Today a print on my MK3S failed with the printer suddenly resetting.
The printer kept resetting every time I tried to heat up the nozzle (not the bed, it works ok)
Looking closer at the cable I seen that one of the wires going into the heat cartridge is broken.
I was going to buy a spare cartridge but I would like to know if it's "normal" that the printer resets in this case
I wouldn't like to waste money on a new cartridge and maybe there is a problem in the PU or the motherboard
All other wiring looks ok
Thansk a lot!
EDIT: The MK3S uses 24V Heat Cartridge, right?

Yes, 24v.
If the broken wire is shorting, it's not surprising the printer resets. It'll crowbar the output of the supply and drop the voltage to the einsy as well since it runs off the same rail as the hot-end.
