Brand new black PSU failure

So I have assembled my kit for the MK3+ and successfully ran the entire start up calibration process. However, once the bed and printer head test and the XYZ calibration was completed I believe the printer was going to heat up to start a test print. However right as it started heating up, the printer went black and shut down and will not turn back on.

I have pulled and inspected all the fuses on the board and they are still intact and working fine. I have also tested the original fuse in the PSU and it has been burned out. As an additional test, I have disconnected the PSU from the printer and replaced the fuse with a new fuse before turning it on. Upon turning it on the green light never lights up. When I inspect the fuse, it is also burned out. It seems the power supply is burning out fuses all on its own without any thing connected.

What else do I need to do to try and resolve this?

Thanks!

I'd contact Prusa support via the chat function on their store.  Sounds like you have done everything you can and if it never lights up even after replacing that internal fuse I'd say its definitely time to take advantage of the Prusa service.
