Black PSU for MK3S Broken on First Day
I purchased an MK3S kit a week ago and yesterday I successfully finished build. The first couple of prints from the sample went really well. Then I found that for a taller print, the first layer is not sticky enough. So I just reran Z calibration. However, the nozzle quickly catches the paper under it. I followed instruction to turn off PSU by using the switch. I heard a beep then the printer is off. Afterward, I cannot turn it back on anymore. I used a multimeter tested all three fuses on the motherboard (5A, 5A, and 15A). They are all good. Then I tested fuse in PSU, which is broken. So I bought a pack of 5 fuses (F8AH250V) and replace it. But the printer still cannot be turned on. Then I realize that each new fuse I put into PSU immediately blow out once I flip the switch. So obviously PSU is short somewhere. I contacted Prusa tech support and still waiting for the resolution. The second day of the ownership and staring at my brand new and broken printer. Feel so bad :-). Any suggestion? I thought this black PSU suppose to be a much better one than old silver PSU.

Thanks so much for the information. Just chat with tech support. Unfortunately, they asked me to send in faulty PSU first, then they will ship out new PSU. It will take weeks since I am living in the US. So I just purchased a new PSU from Prusa e-store and they agreed to refund my order once they received my faulty PSU. It is a bit of bummer, but I glad I could back into printing sooner.

Chat with support will get you much further than a post on the forum.
