Bed and hotend temperatures setpoints go to 0 for no reason
Every time I try to print the hotend and bed heat up and then once the printer starts printing the bed temperature jumps around and finally stops the print by sending 0 setpoint to both the bed and hotend. I've added a video for reference.

bad or loose bed thermister or thermister cable

Thank you. Support advised me to try PID tuning on the bed temperature. This printer is in Europe with my brother so I will try that first when I go there this friday. Thank you for your respose David!
