AUTOLOAD Not Working - IR Filament Sensor works - Help

Hello,

Since a few days my MK3S is not responding to filament loading. Autoload is not working. I recently upgraded to the last firmware version 3.13.3.
The Filament sensor seems to work, when I go to Support > Sensor info : the value 0/1 is working when I try to insert filament, I can see the value changing on the screen.
When I go to Settings > Fil Sensor : Fil. Sensor is "ON" but "F. Runout" and "F. Autoload" are changing from "Yes" to "N/A" when I pull out the filament. I can reset them to display"ON" but whenever I try to pull out the filament, the value return to "N/A".

I tried to re-flash the firmware multiple times.
I tried to downgrade to a previous firmware.
I double check the IR sensor version I have for the good firmware and re-flash to the last version.
Still not working, I have to pull in the filament manually to make it works.

Can you help me with this case?
Thanks

thinking....

the sensor works -> You have 0 and 1 when filament goes in out.
If fil.sensor is on, and the sensor gives a 1, the other options are also possible.
If fil.sensor is off and gives a zero?? (that is the question) the other options are NOT possible.

Maybe this is a wiring problem, where the "mass" /zero is unclear. Therefore the 0 is not recognized by the system.
Or the filsensor switch is not decoupling completely.

To test this: (is very depending on what sensor you have. There was a newer model over time).
See this thread and the links in there, maybe you find a way to test and find out. (my guess: replace the filsensor board)

We will do what we have always done. We will find hope in the impossible.
