After upgrade to 3.13.3, my absolutely stock MK3s+ suffers a power failure when it tries to start extrusion.

I finished building this kit yesterday (it had sat sealed in original packaging under my desk for a while before I got to it, so the components are about a year old). All the initial calibrations and self tests ran fine and my first few test prints off the SD card worked amazingly (one of the best Benchys I've personally printed without tweaks to the slicing).

I loaded some new G-code from Prusa Slicer (configured with the default MK3S+ printer settings) onto the SD and it yelled at me to update the firmware, so I did.
Firmware update to 3.13.3 went fine, but now when I try to print, it gets all the way to just before the initial extrusion wipe and the screen goes black and the whole thing resets, tries to recover the print, tries to extrude, black screens, restarts, recovers, and does this 2-3 more times before aborting the print.

It also does this if I try to run the First Layer Calibration, just before the initial wipe there.

Given that it fails right before initial extrusion, I suspect the problem is somehow related to the extruder, so here's what I've done so far:
1. Powered off with the PSU switch (turn it off and back on!)
- Test Cycle - Print attempts (same behaviour), first level calibration (same behaviour), self test (OK)
2. Reseated all the cables and ensured there weren't pinch points (though it was literally working fine earlier today with no physical changes, so I dunno...)
- Test Cycle - Print attempts (same behaviour), first level calibration (same behaviour), self test (OK)
3. Reflashed with 3.13.3
- Test Cycle - Print attempts (same behaviour), first level calibration (same behaviour), self test (OK)
4. Unloaded and reloaded three different PLAs (If it's a problem with the extruder mechanism, I'd expect it to have a problem heating and loading/unloading, but it works fine.)
- Test Cycle after each - Print attempts (same behaviour), first level calibration (same behaviour), self test (OK)
5. Did all that twice more.

So now I'm here, with a printer that printed wonderfully for about 19 hours, and now... well, isn't.

Any input would be super appreciated.

The thing id say is most likely 8s check the heater core wires at the hotend (big red one) arent touching as rhey enter the heater block. Otherwise a video please so we can see the exact moves it makes before it does it

Here's a video of the failure, from file selection through abandon print:

Also, after that video, as I was moving the axes to get a picture of the heater wires (by raising Z), at about +12 it long beeped at me, centered X, pulled the bed all the way forward and restarted.

Its going into "fail safe mode"  so you have either a sudden power loss or a short, if you have a multimeter measure the out put of the psu on the einsy side, if it stays steady at 24v then flash firmware 3.11 (known stable bug free version) for testing purposes and unplug extruder motor. Does it still do it.
