Adding A Carbon Filter to Enclosure

Hello all, I'm planning to add a filter to my enclosed Mk3S.  I will use one of two filters I had previously made for my Voron 2.4; the Nevermore type, which stays inside the enclosure and circulates the atmosphere through the carbon filter; and another larger filter which mounts the back panel and pulls air through to the outside.  I was hoping to connect the fan 24VDC to the extruder heater connector on the Rambo board as was suggested in a 2018 topic from Joan Tabb, (hello Joan, you out there?....).  This way, the fan will only come on when I go to print.  However, I haven't found out which pin on the extruder heater connector is positive or negative; I want the fan to blow in the right direction. Does anyone know which is which?  I don't want to disconnect the connector and probe it with power on the board, I don't know what that might do the heater output, cause a thermal alarm, etc. Anyway, I appreciate any help....Thx Phil D.
