Most 3D CAD programs, like Fusion 360, can create threads, though it may take you some serious effort to figure out how that works. Perhaps a better approach would be to see if you can find a download version of that part in STL format and print from that. Aside from the manufacturer's web site, you can try GrabCAD, Thingiverse, Prusa Prints. Judging from the image, you may find it difficult to accurately print those threads with an FDM printer, though. A resin printer might be a better solution.

As well this is a section of the forum for a printer that is not available to the public, if you post in one of the areas with printers that do exist or in the PrusaSlicer section of the forum you may get a better response.
