X axis start position error after MMU2S upgrade

Following the MMU2S upgrade I have been having all kinds of issues with XYZ and first layer calibration. In each case the software seems to be assuming that the current X position is 0 (doesn’t auto-home), causing failed calibrations (can’t find calibration point) and the nozzle to go off the bed during the Z calibration prior to first layer calibration. Only way I can get the XYZ to work is to manually move the extruder head back to the far left beforehand. Is anyone else seeing this problem and hopefully have a solution? This SEEMS like a software issue but seems like one that Prusament would have likely found and resolved during testing.
