I pre-ordered one. This I my first 3D printer like some of the others here so I can't wait!! Ordered it this month so January looks and feels like a LOOONG way away. I just figured I would use the time until then to get a nice stack of 3D projects ready to print for when it gets here, that should keep me busy for quite awhile.... that and watch a ton of YouTube videos and such to get myself all knowledge up. 😀

I just preordered. Hopefully I'll have it in January. Fortunately the next couple of months are very busy for me, otherwise the wait would seem interminable. This is my first 3d printer, so I've got a lot of learning to do in the months before it arrives.

its the 3D printing handbook that ships with the MK2 line. It would give you a good start on understanding your future printer!

Ordered my Sept 25 after thinking about it. Lot of money to spend on a new product. 🙂 . Just waiting for the announcement of the first shipments.

They told me it would be February before I would see one, so I'm just going to wait. Can't see putting money down now for something that far out.

You may want to go ahead and order. If it's like the MK2 it could be 6 months to a year before they're caught up to live orders. Also makes me wonder how many orders have been placed.

they sold me to sign up for news letter and i would get a notice when they start shipping. I ordered mine nov 8th 2017. just praying i get before January 6, 2018 my birthday lol.

I just pulled the trigger on the Mk3 earlier this week. I was VERY tempted to just get the Mk2s so I could start tinkering over the holidays. However, I convinced myself that the wait for the Mk3 will be worth it. This will be my first 3d printer, so here I am browsing Prusa forums hyping myself up haha. Can't wait to start learning the world of 3d printing! But maaan... this wait is going to be excruciating!!!!

After talking to makers at the San Diego Maker Faire I ordered a MK3 kit on October 14, 2017.

It has been 4 months since the latest stable firmware release but even with MK3 (first units will be out before the end of November, new orders will ship approximately in February 2018) already released we continue to improve our firmware and 3.1.0 might be the biggest update in 2017. This time we included a lot of new awesome features.

I just went ahead with my order. Previously I was told February before it would ship so I hope it hasn't slipped until March or beyond... dread....
While I was talking to the online tech as I had issues with my order I asked when they would ship. Well they are still saying November. I didn't want to be a smart A$$ so I kept my "But it's the 19th" comment to myself.... lol

Someone has a nice deal going with FEDEX. They are making the shipping cost to total just under $800 so no extra cost is included. There are recommendations on the site to order other parts separately from the Initial order of the MK3 printer.

Just placed my order for a fully assembled MK3! Been drooling over the MK2/S for a while, really excited to get my hands on a MK3!
