What would you add to cart with a Mk3
If you were to order a new Prusa Mk3 now, with the experience of a year,
What items would you add to your cart?

Extruder theimistor,
Pinda Probe
WHEN you get a Blob of Doom.... you will probably break the thermistor wires
The Pinda cable is quite fragile. If you are handy with a soldering iron, you might consider heat shrink tubing and flexible cable as a quick repair... mine has been running with a piece of USB lead cable, replacing the pinda cable, for months... much longer than the original cable lasted

an MK2...(100% joking)
Extruder thermistor for sure. PTFE tubes and nozzles.
I have a Prusa,therefore I research.
Re: What would you add to cart with a Mk3
note that if you are in the use Prusa has set up a DHL deal for shipping that keeps the total invoice under $800.00 this avoids triggering a USA customs fee on the shipment so it might de better to get this extra items from aUSA online shop that carries genuine PRUSA parts.

Sorry... this is not clear.
Are you saying if the item is under $800 then the USA does not add a custom's fee,
I"m in South Africa. None of that luck for us, government take any cents they can get.
Best I can hope for is that PRUSA labels it as manufactured in Europe, then we pay less...

George It strikes me as odd too as I have been hit with odd and expensive customs fees when I have imported stuff in the past.
The worst was importing ocean yacht racing survival suit... as life saving equipment it should have been free of duty.. but it was slapped with a 70% fee as if it was a bespoke gentleman's suit... I had no option but to pay to get as it was needed for a job I had delivering yachts all over the world.. then I had to file an appeal fit a bond equal to the disputed fee in case I lost... this is 30 years ago and the survival suit cost almost $3000 1989 bucks I had to hire an agent to represent me as I was frequently out of the country delivering sailing yachts. this whole mess took me almost three years to win and went through 2 appeal rounds...
but my kit arrived with no fees charged.... and when I asked about it in Prusa help chat they told me that was how it was expected to work.
