what needs looking at on a used MK3S+?
Just got this today with seller-reported issued of layer-shifting and a broken filament sensor. Working on those issues but it's seen some action, for sure. I blew off the dust and loose grime with canned air and it passed all the tests. The Z rods are a bit mucky and the fans look a bit grubby as well. It works, as best I can tell, but I want to make sure it keeps working. So what's worth looking into? Stock up on belts just in case?
Here's my first layer…Z-offset of -1.600

The belts themselves should be OK but layer shifts might be caused by loose belts ... Print this:

It MUST be printed in Prusament PETG or the spring tension will be wrong.
Come back if layer shifts persist.
Cheerio,

Also make sure the firmware is up to date. Read through the assembly manual to be familiar with the adjustments and assembly. I also recommend a sock for the hotend if it doesn't have one.
