Support Expectations from Prusa?

Hi Folks

I just purchased a new Prusa MKS3+ mainly motivated by what I had heard about their support. I bought a kit a few years ago for a much cheaper printer and I found it tough not having support. I figured this time round I would pay a lot more so as to have good vendor support. I am not using the printer for a hobby - it was meant for functional prototypes for my business partner.

I have emailed support 2  days ago and have heard nothing back from any queries - even simple ones like getting access to the academy.

Just wondering where I should be setting my expectations to and what other experience has been. Not looking to be negative here but I do feel this support is included in what I paid for and I have been pretty unimpressed so far (compared to SaaS solutions I use for example). Maybe this is a recent glitch ?

tks Noel

Don't use email. Go to the eshop and wait for the chat to appear in the lower right corner. You'll have someone helping you within 10 minutes. They are very helpful.

I've never used email but the chat support 24x7 has always responded quickly.
