Re: Ship Date Tracking Spreadsheet

Mine was scheduled to ship today. I wonder if that means 1-2 more weeks from the original ship date or the new one on the current schedule?

I would say 4-6 weeks from the original ship date - unless they get a huge load of sheets and regain some lost ground 🙁

That does not match what support is saying at all.

Re: Ship Date Tracking Spreadsheet

I contacted support: "Shipping table now should be accurate." There may be further delays, but they are not expecting any further at this time.

Mine should have start shipping 3 weeks ago and the now say 1-2 weeks more.

We all will have to wait in line unless they get a big shipment of sheets and can recover some of the lost time.

I am only posting what they told me. They are expecting to meet the current schedule.

Re: Ship Date Tracking Spreadsheet

August 8:
I wrote that Prusa in chat told me that they are 6-8 weeks behind shipping table.

You wrote me that it was not true and that they was still looking at a 7 weeks projektion.
But this projektion is now in real life 12-13 weeks if you count this one in.

I don't think your information received from the chat is correct. Unless they get a big shipment of sheets and can send out one month of shipments in one week.

More than twice have the information given to you from Prusa turned out to be wrong.

I truly believe they are 4-6 weeks behind regarding of what they tell you because the data correspond with my projections.

I also told Prusa that they should change the shipping table to match the actual information instead of keeping customers in the dark.

I hope we all will get the shipping number this week or the next but I don't believe it 😉

Re: Ship Date Tracking Spreadsheet

I have emailed support every time you post an outlandish projection and each time they say you are wrong. I guess we will see who is more accurate. I do not know if you have or what you secondary gain is, but it clear support says what you are posting is not correct. I trust support over some guy on the forum.

According to your previous posted information we should both have the printer up and running 😉
Maybe the person responsible for answering the email is wrong? - Have you tried the chat?

I have chatted with support in real time today. I gave them my order number and they write "suspect 1-2 more weeks"
They are already 3 weeks behind with my order according to their shipping table.

I have no problem waiting in line but I would like to have correct information and not just experience a roller coaster of good and bad news 😐

Would you rather have them say "this week" six times over and over again or would you like to be told "six weeks" and it to be true?

Re: Ship Date Tracking Spreadsheet

I chatted with them today and above was the response support gave me. I personally think a lot of folks on the forum are trolls trying to whip people into a frenzy to start an online riot. I believe they are behind, but they are not 15 weeks back. That would mean that they are shipping printers from 5 months ago which is total crap.

Re: Ship Date Tracking Spreadsheet

I want to clarify something. I was told there was a 7 week wait to start. That is not late in my book. The current delivery schedule is 1 week later than the date I was quoted, but I suspect that schedule was wrong because it was less than 7 weeks to start with.

My goal is not to shoot the messenger. It is frustrating to get so many conflicting messages.

Re: Ship Date Tracking Spreadsheet

Thats. That is great news. 12-13 weeks is 4 months. 22 days is less than a month delay.

Enjoy you printer.

The 12-13 weeks was the full delay from ordering to shipped. (it was what I was told from Prusa support chat, Aug 8)

I have waited for the printer for 57 days / 8 weeks.

Re: Ship Date Tracking Spreadsheet

I understand, but when you ordered, they quoted 6 week or 42 day delays for powder coating. So, the printer is actually only 15 days late. I have to give them credit for that. I am upset they are nto more transparent.

I have to maintain a Postive view in my profession or negativity will drive me crazy.

Based on the current shipping schedule, my printer should ship this week. Based on the current delays, my printer will ship 7-14 September.

Re: Ship Date Tracking Spreadsheet

I received my tracking today. Order was placed on July 9th. Seems like they're catching up a little bit.

Re: Ship Date Tracking Spreadsheet

More folks need to use the spreadsheet. It really is an excellent way to follow shipping dates as long as people are honest.

Re: Ship Date Tracking Spreadsheet

Agree, but it looks like people forget about their sheet entry when they receive the tracking number.

Unless they have cancelled their order the sheet should only lack some of the assembled and the last entries for the kits.
