Ordered a Mk3 kit on 16/8/2018. Shipped next day. Arrived at my home in Northern California last night via DHL, 20/8/2018. That's pretty amazing. (Even if it is missing BOTH pulley bearings and shaft for the idler assembly)

Spoke to support via the online chat, and they're going out tomorrow, can't fault that at all. I mean it's frustrating, since everything else is just sitting there and there's nothing I can do until they arrive, but stuff happens and it's part and parcel of buying a kit.

EDIT: Derpaderp, found them. They were hiding in the OTHER Bondtech pulley. 😳

Spoke to livechat this Morning.. ordered mk3 on 26/6 with textured sheet. Shouldve been shipped already According to the table. Support says its gonna take at least 2 more weeks.

As far as I can tell from my discussions and the new tracker, you are probably right. It appears that people are delayed 1-2 weeks depending on their location on the line.

Then again, until it is on the way, that can change.

Mine was ordered 21/6, sheet says it has shipped. It hasn't.
The shipping table is nothing but bold-faced lies. They haven't shipped what they claim they have.

Same here, mine was placed at 26. of June. By now i rly would like some information about this issue. The shipping table dose not only mislead future consumers, but it releases a feeling of mistrust in the company.

That kind of behaviour is behaviour I expect from a company that is failing badly. I don't know if that's the case with Prusa (I certainly hope not), but it reflects very badly.

Ordered mine on June 20th... Still waiting.

Been told on 3 separate interactions, over 2 weeks,with tech support that it should ship "today or tomorrow".

I HAVE to be next in line.... Fingers crossed I see a shipping notification before the end of AUGUST!

Ordered 06/21 Shipped 08/24. Powder coated sheet Mk3 Kit.

So, accounting for the 2 week powder coated steel sheet supplier issue that is on the updated shipping table info and the note that the shipment table is an estimate and actual shipping can shift up to one week, it seems like the official shipping info published by Prusa is on point.

It makes sense that they will ship at the end of the week, all shipments are probably held by DHL until they fill a container to the states or till the end of the week. I would say add a week to the table estimate and at the moment add in and account for the the two week supplier delay issue (which Prusa cannot control) and expect shipping at the end of the week. The the next monday if you have not gotten a shipping notice to contact support.

I know the wait is hard, but have faith and don't panic 😀 😀

I believe they have gotten a large shipment of PEI powder coated sheets in today this friday as someone also was told.

It was probably 20 days ago since the last shipment of sheets.

According to my calculations Prusa is now 3 weeks behind their reported shipping schedule for the PEI powder coated sheets.
Maybe the shipment is large enough for them to conquer 1-3 weeks, starting monday. (perhaps if they work weekends?) 😀

That is great news. I also talked to support and they indicated that they are starting to get caught up so don’t loose faith.

Prusa support chat tells me that they suspect 1-2 weeks more before new deliveries with powder coated PEI spring sheets. They will know for sure within a couple of days. 😐

This knowledge combined with the prusa shipping table tells me that they are 4-6 weeks behind what they are writing.

So the ones ordered July 23 - July 29 can be expected to start shipping between sept 10 to sept 24.

But if they receive a large batch of PEI sheets then they may catch up 😉
