Is your reason for the hold 'Toxic substance'? That is mine, but I am not sure where it is actually at lol. It was traveling for 12 hours or so, and scheduled for tomorrow delivery, but overnight held for clearance with the above reason.
Doesn't say "Toxic Substance", just says "Additional documentation is required for clearance. We're working to obtain this information. / Brokerage released the package. It will be processed through a clearing agency before final release to UPS. " and the very latest now says "The package is awaiting clearing agency review. / Your package was released by the clearing agency. " So, I have no idea if it's cleared or not. What's worse it that it doesn't even show an estimated arrival date anymore. Going to chat with Prusa about this now to see if they handle this sort of thing. Totally sucks though!!! Just a warning to others ordering the ABS Juice - DON'T if you're shipping into the US as it will most likely get held up by customs.
Well and update on mine is in.... Isn't' good news lol. BUT isn't Prusa's fault unless they put bad info on the packing/shipping info.
But for some reason my package has been deemed toxic, ad I need to fill out some form.

And UPS next day aired it to me today so it will arrive tomorrow (When my printer should be arriving 🙁 )
The only problem is I have NO CLUE HOW TO FILL THIS DAMN THING OUT!!!!! I am not an 'importer', and i have no clue what is in the package that wold be considered toxic.
I spoke to chat this evening, and was told that their shipping department would look into it, and get back to me tomorrow morning as well.

It's-a here! A week 10 kit. Unfortunately, shipping coincided with the three-day holiday. So, six days total.

I chatted with support on Monday the 7th, the ship date according to the table, and learned that my Week 11 kit is scheduled to ship in two more weeks (the week of May 21st). It looks like the table is at least 2 weeks behind for orders that should be shipping now.

Yeah, same here. Week 10 kit will be shipped next week (14th).

The great tragedy in all of this is that Prusa is spending its hard-earned goodwill "capital" on vapor. While no one likes to receive bad news, it is always preferable to get bad news over no news at all. Prusa definitely makes a good machine, but it doesn't take much to tip the scales to another vendor with a perhaps inferior product, but better customer service. If what I've seen in the past 2-3 months is any indication, then the tide has already begun shifting. I only hope that Joseph and the rest of the team get a handle on the PR for their existing customer base before the house of cards begins to fall.

FYI... if your waiting for your printer and you ordered it with the powder coated sheet. Dont expect it any time soon. Per the shipping table. The first statement at the bottom says they are shipping all kits with PEI sheet. This isnt true. As explained to me in chat,
Ok, let me explain. The textured sheets are in development yet. They should be available in late May 2018. The orders with textured sheets will be shipped as soon as sheets will be avaialble for exactly order, thanks to huge demand the lead time for MK3 w/ Textured sheet is longer.

We wont shipped MK3 with PEI sheet instead the Textured sheet, when you could choose the sheet sir. It is not able for a new orders.
I have contacted prusa at least 5 times asking for an update. They just now brought it to my attention. Last time it was delayed because i asked for a signature. They told me Mr. Prusa is very busy so I said I dont want the sig anymore. Now this. Holy cow this is getting nuts from a consumer side. I ordered March 12th (week 11)
Quoting myself from another thread. I am still in chat with a prusa rep and I asked when I should be expecting my printer to be shipped after I changed it to PEI. I also asked if black is behind orange due to that reflecting in the crowdsourced sheet. They said black and orange are in lock step.
They said it will be shipped in a week. I asked if they could be more specific. They said:
Please sir, the estimated date is within 1 week - so untill wednesday + shipping time (3 days). That is time frame. Thanks for understanding
I dont really know what I understand? Like really I have had better experiences ordering 99 cent trinkets from china via Wish than this. Gosh this is starting to really add a bad taste in my mouth.

Well an update on my shipping fiasco, I have a letter, and form being shipped to me next day air by Customs, and UPS that I have to fill out called the 'TSCA import certification'
Only problem is I have no clue how to fill this thing out to allow my printer into the country! ]

So after all of this and told it will be awhile. I just got a shipping notification and expected delivery is 05/15 about 15 mins after leaving chat. Im happy to see this but at the same time i'm skeptical. I feel like I got expedited which is cool but at the same time right after they told me I would be waiting feels dirty. 😕

My MK3 (week 9 order) cleared US customs last night and just arrived at my house today! I've updated the spreadsheet. So, I finally can start putting it together this weekend. Once again for those of you just reading this thread and waiting for yours to arrive, make sure you verify they aren't holding up your shipment due to the powdered coated sheets (unless you really want to wait for that to get released and ship with your printer). Even though I had indicated not to wait as a note on my order, they were still holding mine. Shipped the next day when I got that cleared up with Prusa support via chat. Lastly if you ordered ABS Juice, that might hold it up in customs. You'll have to contact UPS and/or Prusa to hopefully get it taken care of. Others apparently have received a form to fill out. EDIT: I clicked the actual tracking number on my email instead and it says the last update was an export scan in Prague
