I briefly talked with chat yesterday, and inquired about my mk3 on order since 3/15. I was told that the estimate was 5 business days for my printer to begin it's journey across the pond to N.Y.

Ordered my MK2S to MK3 upgrade kit on 2018/03/26 and my packet was shipped on 2018/4/11.

I Ordered a MK 3 on the 3rd of march having seen people on here that ordered one after me say they have got shipping labels ect i asked chat when would mine be shipped they told me there is no way that anyone that ordered after me has received there shipping yet and that mine will be another 2 weeks or so yet if everything goes well. some how not sure that i be-leave them.

Out of curiosity did you order a kit or assembled?

I ordered a kit in orange at the time that was the fastest way of getting one.

I ordered the powder coated sheet but put in the notes of the order to NOT delay the order for the powder coated sheet and ship with the smooth sheet when the order was ready otherwise. I can still see that note in the order.

Last week I checked to make sure it wasn't getting held for that reason and was told no, it would ship this week. It was delayed because there was a problem with the format of my mailing address, but that was fixed and there were no more problems.

Today, I was told it was on hold for the powder coated sheet.

When I referenced the note and the previous conversations, I was told it will likely ship tomorrow with the smooth sheet.....

I think they are a little over whelmed.

Mine finally shipped on April 10th and is scheduled for delivery on the 16th. Ordered Jan 16th in black with autograph, but foregoing the signature and switching from black to orange parts finally got the ball rolling.

The replacement I spoke to said they were waiting for black parts and Josef has been out of country, so if you requested black parts and/or an autograph expect a delay.

ordered my orange kit on feb 2nd. and still waiting for it to be shipped.
i added 2 rolls of petg and a thermistor later to the order and got told all parts would be reserved so this should not delay my order. but still i assume that is the reason why it still hasn't been shipped.
support was not really helpfull. They just keep telling it will be shipped soon..
and in the XLS, all orders around mine are already shipped...
not happy.

OK, after chatting again with support for almost 40 minutes, they agreed to split my order and the mk3 got shipped the next morning.
beware: Even they tell you that parts for combined orders get reserved and if they have been in stock when you ordered them, this obviously is not the whole truth! in my case it was the orange PETG i combined with my mk3 order which was in stock originally but did NOT get reservered. And this was holding back my MK3 order. I asked multiple time in chat if any of my combined parts could potentially delay the shippment and got told that would not be the case as all items have been reserved......

I can't find where to chat with PR. Can anyone point me in the right direction? All I can find is a place where you can send them a message on their "Contact Us" page.

Chat will appear when it is available, I believe it's during their normal work hours. Usually at 3am when I log on the chat box pops up. I'm Eastern Standard Time in USA, not sure how many hours ahead of me they are.

I'm central time zone. And they are 7 hours ahead of me...so 6 hours ahead of you. So it just appears on their main website? is that on www.prusa3d.com or on the e-shop website shop.prusa3d.com ????

I ordered my orange kit 02/13 and received my shipping notice and tracking number today. It says it will be delivered 4/16. I am in Canada.

on the shop.prusa3d.com site is where I've seen it. Only time I used it though was just prior to ordering my printer on 2/16/2018. However it has popped up several times since then when I went and checked my order.

My companies proxy server was blocking the chat feature, sometimes. Some of the the IP's that the chat feature is sourced from are in a "bad" block of IP's in the Czech Republic. So if it doesn't pop up for you, try a less secure \ less scanned internet connection.

I ordered orange MK3 kit 14/02. Today 13/04 received information from UPS. Estimated time of delivery to Poland is 16/04.

I have an order that hasn't shipped from 10/02, so I wouldn't get your hopes up

I ordered on 16/02 too, however, I contacted support yesterday and he said mine will be shipped next week. Even though I was told twice this week mine will be shipped by the end of Friday.
