Just got an email stating that my printer is ready to ship but they noticed that the shipping cost has not been paid yet. They want me to send the shipping cost by paypal before they proceed.
I took a look at my invoice and the shipping was indeed included on it and the total amount at the bottom matched the amount taken out of my account.
Anyone else run into this?

Back and forth on the shipping date is killing this adult christmas kid.
Last Sunday I asked support if my printer would ship this week (week 3 order 2018-01-18). I was told it was two weeks delay. Though bummer but what are you going to do but wait.
Then I saw in the forums that someone else had talked to chat and was told that week 4 orders would be sent this week.
So on Monday this week I talked to the chat again saying someone in the forum said his printer would ship this week (he ordered week 4). I was told not to believe everything from the forum and he assured me that my printer would ship this week.
Since it is easter and they most likely will not work tomorrow I talked to the chat again since my order still says pending. I was now told that there is a delay of 15-20 working days which is a month.
Then he says:

Hmm. Shipping table says week 3 and 4 are shipping now which is not really updated if the delay is 15 - 20 working days.
Meanwhile in the community spreadsheet there are 18:th and 19:th January orders that seems to have been shipped or at least got a shipping label.
If they have delays they really need to update the shipping table immediately and also all the chat reps need to have the same info.

I swear, UPS is trying to find the slowest route possible to get my printer to me. After leaving Prague, it went to Köln Germany. It received a departure scan from there, then went quiet for 20 hours, only to show up in Paris (a 5 hour drive from Köln). No idea why it didn’t fly to the US from Germany, like most have done. I honestly wouldn’t be surprised if they found a slow steamship to put it on to travel across the Atlantic, only to hook up with the Pony Express on this side for the trip across the continent.

Hehe Peel I feel your pain. Originally my estimated delivery said Friday between 4pm and 8pm but the status has been sitting at:
Koeln, Germany 03/29/2018 5:08 A.M. The package will be forwarded to a UPS facility in the destination city.
I doubt I'm going to see it until next week. Was hoping to have the weekend to take my time and assemble it. Maybe I get lucky and it pops up in Philly in the morning but with the way this process has gone I'm not holding my breath. :ugeek:

UPS surprised me! After first changing delivery from March 29nd, to next Tuesday April 3rd, they just delivered my MK3. That is without prior warning. So I was lucky to be at home when they came by. 
BTW: Box is a bit dented, but content looks ok sofar.
Let the build begin...

seems to be stuck in Germany. sigh.
Edit: just called UPS. looks like this message means it is being sent towards the US but there will be no updates until it's been passed customs in Louisville. From there another 1-2 days to the west coast.

What did your tracking page look like? Mine was last updated about 48 hours ago "The package will be forwarded to a UPS facility in the destination city." - that was in Germany...

Reading this thread makes me unhappy. Ordered Jan 10th. It's been packing since Monday. Still no sign of shipping.
Why was my order so much more delayed than some of yours?
I'd love to support Prusa, and maybe even rep them on the company website, but feeling pretty burnt right now with ship timing. 😥

Joey my box is probably sitting right next to yours. My tracking info is in exactly the same state since the 29th.
So they ship into Louisville? I thought they were coming through Philadelphia from the posts I had seen in the past.
I called UPS today as well and the agent said that my order still shows as delivering today but she said that cannot be correct because she shows that it is still sitting in Germany.
Waiting 74 days for the tracking number sucked.... I can't wait till this is over with. Like I said before I am interesting in the MMU but Im not pre ordering again.

It is so wierd. Some orders for the exact same orange kit get delivered before others.
And getting different information each time from the chat reps are really annoying. You cant really trust any information you get.
My rep told me that I should not trust everything I read on the forum but it feels like the other way around.
Me too cant wait for this waiting to be over and I will not order anything again that is supposed to be delivered this long in the future.

I agree, chatting does not permit to have order scheduled shipping date, they only check if there is a shipping number.
In the Ship Date Tracking Spreadsheet there are orders shipped before older orders.
I ordered a black kit on January 13, still not shipped and no scheduled date: 2 months delay when ordering, soon 3 months and probably more.
Production seems to be around 50% than planned.
Their prediction web page is a joke: they are supposed to ship week 4 now and week 5 in 2 days but they have not finished week 2.
They shift dates and still can not reduce the delay, there are obviously things that do not work in their production process.
I'm going on holiday in 10 days and if my order is not shipped early next week then I'll certainly have to cancel it.
I do not want to ask them to delay the shipping, I do not trust them anymore.
Josef's videos are interesting and I wanted to contribute to this success, now I ask myself...

My printer made it the Louisville this morning. How about you? That means I should see it Monday or Tuesday at the latest.... Coming up on 80 days since I pulled the trigger on this thing jeez!

Still saying "on backorder" for week 4. Seems like people's inconsistencies with the shipping/tracking document might be true. Here's hoping the people with the Flu get better and they can resume normal production.

I'm not sure which is more frustrating. Waiting for the printer to ship in the first place, or waiting for some kind of update from UPS with a delivery schedule. 🙁
My printer has been in the UPS system since Thursday. Last update is still showing an export scan in Prague with no delivery schedule available yet.

I don't want to bother support with questions seeking updates every day even though it's been difficult for me... I ordered a week 4 kit. Has anyone heard anything about when the shipping table will be updated next? Much appreciated!

Considering weeks 1-3 still haven’t seen movement, I would expect week 4 to be pushed back
