"Missing commercial invoice" supposedly means customs or UPS didn't get the proper paperwork. I have a five day delay because of it. I'm rather annoyed... and it's still nearly 1000 miles away 10 days after the shipping label was created.

I chatted with support about this- they said it has nothing to do with paperwork- it's a new system that UPS put in that keeps putting this status on shipments. Prusa has been pleading with UPS to fix this problem, as it results in tons of questions via chat and email from customers.

All of my holdups have been resolved. Printer says delivery planned for tomorrow 😀

I got a tracking number.
18 days after my original planned shipping date... But hey, it's gonna come!

What was your original order date? Mine is supposed to ship this week, but I don't know if they're still on schedule.

Got mine today. In addition to the delays, PRUSA sent it to the wrong address, in spite of assuring me that they had and would use my correct address. I hope that the design and manufacture of these is better than their shipping.

My status was also "being packed" since Monday and I just received an UPS notice that the package will be delivered tomorrow. So the status can change quite rapidly.

Mine was shipped last week and was delayed in Germany. Now it's being "held" in Kentucky by UPS. No explanation. I'm holding out hope that it will make it to California this week, but you never know with UPS.

Mine, too, is being held in Kentucky by UPS. It's making me bitter at UPS (who I've had issues with before). Thankfully, they finally made some progress and went from "arrival" to "import scanned". So here's to hoping it leaves today. I'm in Texas, so if they fly it down here, they could still make their estimated delivery of tomorrow (which I'm really hoping for, since I took time off on Friday, when the delivery was scheduled for yesterday...lol).

I’m pretty sure we were in the same shipment. I was held in Kentucky and Germany. Also west coast. Mine left Kentucky this morning at 2am and is delivering now so watch you updates. Could jump to delivery spontaneously.

Mine is on it's way too. Prusa Shop still says that it's being packed but in the UPS tracking it's already in Germany Frankfurt. Should be delivered today 🙂

UPS said they had my printer yesterday 3:30 Prague time, but the Prusa order showed “being packed” until this morning. I just got the email from Prusa and the order status updated to “shipped” about an hour ago. I kinda like that they slow-rolled that update. I have other online shops send me the ship notice, then it’s a day or two before the carrier even recognizes the tracking. This way just feels more honest...

Early next week is the bet you probably wanna go for. 🙂 I had mine shipped last Wednesday (picked up 2/15), and it's looking like it'll be here today. So 6 full days from ship to receive. UPS has been known to go faster, but also much slower. The Missing Commercial Invoice state doesn't mean much with UPS. It's their system being dumb (your package wouldn't clear at all if it was REALLY missing the invoice) - so don't stress over that. The biggest delays are the export scan and the import scan on the US side.

Link access was removed from the sheet... again. I think I caught it quickly this time.

This is either a bug in Google Sheets, or somebody here is changing it.

Please don't. Nobody should be messing with the sharing permissions.
