Re: Ship Date Tracking Spreadsheet

4 days to get from Prague to Utah, US. Impressive! No delays in processing or anywhere else. I figured it would take longer than that but happy it didn't!! 😀

Re: Ship Date Tracking Spreadsheet

Got my MK3 assembled yesterday. Opened, set up, calibrated again just because of shipping. Somehow the assembler forgot to install the print/nozzle cooling shroud. I am so glad I printed a backup two weeks ago and it worked. I dont know how they did that, but thats what 3d-printing is for. So far this printer is impressive in the quality. I have some insane quality prints to test it with.

Also, HE who is Joe, signed it! Epicness

Has anyone had a lengthy delay from "Label created" to actually shipped? I'm at five days from receiving the label creation email with no shipment yet. Didn't see any similar cases on the forum ran spreadsheet

Re: Ship Date Tracking Spreadsheet

I just advanced the highlighting for Kit Units to Week 44 as it is now Tuesday, January 31st at ~4:40AM in Prague, Czechia.

(This comment doubles as a notification and a bump for this thread. No further action is necessary)

My order is on Week 46 so it is slated to ship out in the next few weeks. I will stop actively managing the spreadsheet sometime around then. I will continue to check back and help out when I can, but I can't make any promises past then. You still have me for the next couple weeks at least ♥.

The number of orders on the chart now outweighs the number of preorders remaining (160 orders vs 123 preorders remaining at last count with 301 "Shipped" or later), so while orders are still being added to the chart all the time, it seems the preorder queue is coming to a close soon as well.

Re: Ship Date Tracking Spreadsheet

Hmmm only one of the wk43 assembled and none of the week 44 assembled entries have received a tracking number.
I’m starting to worry mine won’t ship this week, much less be here by the weekend... I know, I should not have gotten my hopes up.
I’m still expecting it to be well worth the wait. 🙂

Re: Ship Date Tracking Spreadsheet

Guys, STOP WITH THE FUCKING FILTERS!

I literally stopped two of you from Sorting with a Filter within an hour.

PLEASE,

File > Make a Copy

Filters lead to sorting, and sorting leads to weeks of lost work manually sorting. Filters do NOT sort the sheet properly. Check out how these rows are sorted. They are out of order - It should be sorted by Columns A, then F, then G, then H. Sorting by any given column destroys the sorting. Row 36 needs to be moved up to Row 34. This is due to Filter Sorting. This is just one of several dozens of orders that are now out order.

I can't believe how many times I have to say this.

Edit: Also someone totally hid the Type column earlier so we got a few orders who didn't fill in a Type because they couldn't see the column. Good job whoever did that, because prior we had 0 orders without a Type and now we have 2. Thanks for adding inconsistencies and missing data bro. Also whoever keeps unpinning Row 1, STOP THAT! People need to see the headers or when they're down at row 700+ they'll have to scroll ALL THE WAY BACK UP to Row 1 to remember what goes in what column, and what exactly each date is for.

Re: Ship Date Tracking Spreadsheet

Hi, and thanks for making and updating this.

One question. On the update info page where you put in yes/no to reserve, the help says to look at update time to see if its been forgotten. How do I do that?

File -> Version History -> See version history

From that, you'll be able to see when that field was last edited. It's a bear and the history is very long.

I usually see if the C2 cell is highlighted with a user and then see if they are idle or not. If there is a name left there and there is no action on that cell for a few minutes, I feel comfortable changing it to what I need. I have never come across accidentally stepping on someone others activity there.
