I guess Week 40 shipping period ends on January 8th at the moment (That's when Week 41 is meant to start), so I assume they meant closer to the 8th January than Christmas.

I'm thinking mine will ship early Jan. Ordered on 10/5. This spreadsheet has been very helpful getting an idea of their progress.

Ordered mine 10/6, i dont except it to ship until the end of week 41 at this point, based on holidays and looking at the spreadsheet. I think Prusa will pack them in the next few weeks, but shipping will probably be sparse.

now it looks like they're trying to follow their shipping schedule with shipping 29/9 (like they should) but they skipped a lot of 27/9 and 28/9 orders, which is big nonsense ... really disappointed at them not following the queue

Or the people that look to have been 'skipped' haven't updated the sheet yet - a lot of those orders are from the US where it's still early morning. Remember that the sheet isn't definitive, it relies on people coming back and filling things in.

Anyone know if "Your package is being processed at the clearance agency" actually means that UPS has it? That and "Order Processed: Ready for UPS" are all I have, so I'm thinking it's just a paperwork thing and doesn't imply that they've actually picked it up.

"Order Processed: Ready for UPS" means a label has been created (either physically or just virtually), but UPS does not have the package yet. Although they may actually as there may be delays on the updates.

I've never seen the clearance agency one happen before UPS has the package, but it's certainly possible PR worked something out to file the paperwork early and expedite clearance. No idea here, though.

it only means prusa has made a sticker...

yesterday i got a trackingnr. 5min ago it changed to "Collected" on the UPS site.

so i gues UPS just collected a bunch of printers at prusa.

And I got a tracking number last Friday but nothing since then (I ordered mine 26/9).

Same here. Ordered on September 29th and still no tracking no. Actually i am dissapointed because some orders of September 30th have allready been shipped (a friend of me has ordered on 30th and his will arrive on thursday).

It's frustrating, but then again so is supply chain management. Can you imagine if they waited until every component of an order was complete and shipped before they worked on the next one in line? We wouldn't get our printers until March.

Yeah, following the USP tracking live is weird... Mine made no sense as I followed it, but here is my history in case it may help you decipher it. I cannot! 😮

There was also a major electrical fire that shut down the Atlanta airport for about 10 hours Sunday. The shutdown does not appear to have effected moving my package though.

You're probably right. It's just because of some days off of work would have been perfect for building the printer. Nevertheless i'm sure they're doing their best! And DHL-guys allready are going crazy these days!

After a couple of hours I reloaded and the "Pickup Scan" entry did show up, chronologically before the clearing agency entry, along with "
Your package was released by the clearing agency." Which I guess means it's well and truly on its way.

The UPS info is really weird. Mine was picked up tuesday 1:17 pmand listed as scheduled for delivery the same day “by the end of the day”
(I live 5h south of Prague)
Now it changed, packgage left Prague late night and arrived in Koeln early morning, thats 700km NW of Prague. No delivery estimate available...

I’m sure it will be delivered before Xmas, but honestly, I really wish they could have used GLS or DHL...
Those have much clearer information and bettet options for delivery or pick up, at least in my country.

Anyway, wish you guys that you’ll get your’s quickly!

i have a couple of DHL packages on its way.
The DHl information is realy bad. (usually not, but now the days before christmas ).

UPS is working really good ... and enough information for me.

Just received a tracking number this morning, ordered 30th of september.
Unfortunately won't be home to take advantage of the added express shipping, am spending christmas abroad. But at least there'll be a nice big package waiting at home 😀
