Response to new findings on printer produced health threats?
Ok, I love 3D printing, I love Prusa. I don't want to be alarmist. I have health problems and I sleep where I print.
A brief search shows that people have been concerned about 3d printer affecting the local environment since at least 2016.
Recently a study by "Georgia Institute of Technology and the UL Chemical Safety" showed that desktop FDM printers do indeed release particles called UFPs into the air that can cause "irritation, burning of the eyes and throat, headaches, confusion, and gastrointestinal problems."
I know a lot of people will point out that this is a "can" not a "will" statement. That's fine, but I would rather be safe as I have other health problems to deal with.
I found this stackexchange article that has several links. https://3dprinting.stackexchange.com/questions/3771/commercially-available-3d-printer-fume-and-ufp-extractor
I wanted to get this conversation started and also to ask what other people on this forum use or would plan to use. I own some room based HEPA filters but I'm concerned that increased airflow close to the print will mess up the heating.

Thank you for that. Sorry I missed it, I hope we can get more than 2 posts out of the entire thread! I'll try to contribute.
