(relatively) loud collision while calibrating

Hi everybody,

I've just restarted using again my MK3S after maybe a year and seems to be working fine, except for one detail.

During the pre-print calibration, when it positions the print bed to probe the far left corner (looking from the front), some kind of collision occurs because I hear a relatively loud bang as the print bed moves.

The calibration then proceeds with the last few points without trouble and the print is successful but that kind of impact can't be good long term for a highly precise machine.

I can't quite figure out what is colliding with what. It seems to be something right under the print bed with perhaps the front portion of the printer's frame.

Suggestions on how to fix it?

Kind regards, Manu

Check if your plate does not touches the vertical structure.
Check if there are screws sticking out the y carriage what hit on the vertical structure (below the plate).
check the connection of the X-cable and the heatbed cable.

We will do what we have always done. We will find hope in the impossible.
