Hi Savvas
Have you seen https://help.prusa3d.com/guide/sending-files-from-prusaslicer-to-prusalink_222961 ?
Seems to me this is comprehensive!
What do you think ?

I can't find upload file to SD card. The only information that i found is to upload file to cloud.

With a Mk3S, you'll need a Raspberry Pi as the Mk3S firmware doesn't contain PrusaLink. You can either mount one onto the Einsy board https://help.prusa3d.com/guide/prusalink-and-prusa-connect-setup-mk3-s-_221744 or, less intrusively (what I prefer), use a USB connection: https://help.prusa3d.com/guide/prusalink-prusa-connect-with-rpi-3-4-usb-mk2-5-s-mk3-s-_469341

RE: prusaslicer prusa connect sent gcode files in SD cards
Do you mean the Sd card of the printer or the Sd card of the pi ?
It is not possible with prisalink or connect to load into the Sd card of the printer.
You can load into the Sd of the pi with prusalink : see step 21 of help 221744
From prusaslicer you have to define a physical printer as explained in step 4 of help 222962 with a specific profile. It allows to export into the Sd of the pi card.
