PRUSA Show Them some Love

We all get help beyond the call of duty from Prusa, they do try their best and make our printing days fun, to the best of their ability, so for those who are happy, obviously a few moaners will jump aboard, lets just tell them how happy we are..... :ugeek: :ugeek: :ugeek: :ugeek: :ugeek: :ugeek:

This is a support forum, of course people will post their issues here and let out an occasional complaint. I'm not sure exactly how this thread really helps.

Of course issues about problems will be posted, this thread is just a nice gesture towards the guys, if you actually get it........... 😮

It's a nice idea, but it doesn't work in practice. The last thing that someone having ongoing problems wants to hear are happy stories from people not having problem. Lay it on too thick and they'll get frustrated with all the fan boys and leave. Better to help them through their problems without trying to cheer them up along the way. Once their problem is fixed, they'll be happy.

you could sent their support department a large box of candy... or given they are in Prague a few cases of beer!

Wait, are you suggesting sending Prusa's support team some love, or being overly friendly to people who come here with problems? Please clarify and use fewer emoji.

well, maybe the thanks can be.....

when you can trust it enough to print 4, they must be doing something right.

I have a Prusa,therefore I research.
