Prusa Enclosure - Lack table wobbly legs

Hi All,

i am in the process of assembling this prusa enclosure for my mk3s+…

i have found that there is poor fixation of the screws into the chipboard as shown attached. Does anyone have tricks up their sleeves to fix this?

I held the legs in place and drilled pilot holes in the side of the legs with a drill bit a couple of sizes smaller than the screw. This helps prevent the screws from acting like a drill bit themselves and pulling material out like in your picture.

Also, once you have the acrylic sheets in, they will add some rigidity too.

Hi.
thanks for the tip. It turned out that the ends shown were empty of chipboard. The other ends were full.
