Praise for Prusa Research
I started having issues with my MK3 a couple of months ago that snowballed into a couple of warranty claims and a lot of time spent in live chat sessions with Prusa tech support. I was having doubts for awhile but through it all Prusa stood by their product at every turn and now my MK3 is back up and running perfectly. For someone like me...that kind of support from a company on the other side of the world is unheard of. I have never had a company locally or anywhere else for that matter, be so steadfast in their commitment to the quality of what they produce. thank you Prusa.
