AUTO WIPE YOUR NOZZLE would be a great option in PrusaSlicer
You could sell this : https://e3d-online.com/v6-silicone-socks-pack-of-3 "helps with sticky materials like Co-Polyesters and filled materials that like to build up on nozzles"
RE: PETG Anti stringing Brush upgrade
Uhm... No thanks. Better to calibrate your filament settings to minimize ooze. A brass brush is not good for coated nozzles. I'm not too impressed with the Design Prototype Test YouTube channel cited in the Hackaday article. Expect to see a video where he claims his ideas have been stolen.

@bobstro
I do calibrate for minimal stringing, but with big prints (>12h) there is sometimes a small accumulation of materials, and then a blob appears.
RE: PETG Anti stringing Brush upgrade
Makes sense. Some other printers do have a brush built in. Definitely try a coated nozzle and silicone sock before doing anything too drastic. The DPT guy is a bit... interesting sometimes. He puts out videos on common themes, then claims ownership of them and whines about being ripped off if anybody does anything similar.

@bobstro
Glad to see someone else feels that way about the DPT guy. Watched a few of his and a) I question his judgement on things and b) he seems to want to claim ownership of the world.
