MK3S+ DUH Moment

For a week, I have struggled with an Mk3S+.  Every print failed within 10 minutes.  It looked like failed adhesion with the bed being too low in the center but good on the starting edge.  After 10 or so failures, I noticed something.  My filament was feeding down through a hold in my enclosure and it was hanging up at the same point in the print.  It was not poor adhesion.  It was resistant to filament feed.

Sometimes we can be our worst enemies.  It started after I added the filament guide.  Time to scrap that mod.

RE: MK3S+ DUH Moment

I've tried a few filament guide ideas. Never ran into the issue you described but they all created this grating noise of filament scratching over plastic, amplified by the LACK enclosure to unbearable volumes.

I ended up designing a small conduit for the LACK lid, which holds a small piece of PTFE tube I feed filament through now. The result was...aah, silence.
