Re: Mk3 No Longer the Focus?

[...] It may well be a common problem on many other printers, but it is a magnitude worse on the mk3, side by side prints done on the mk2 & mk3 show the effect it significantly worse on the mk3, hence it has blown upCan you point me to any good series of side-by-side comparison photos? Ideally, the Mk2 & Mk3, and the Mk3 and other printers, ideally some using bondtech gears. I've read a lot. I've managed to spot the issue on my own printer. It looks like the variances we're talking about are of a few hundredths of a mm. I've heard it's "terrible", "basketweave". I've also heard from owners of other printers saying that it's just so crisp, you see things that are masked on other printers. What I have not seen is a good series of side-by-side shots holding each piece in near-identical lighting and near-identical angles. Every shot seems to have "the other guy" slightly angled or out of the direct light. I'm really trying to get a sense of how big a deal it is compared to other printers. Thanks!
