There are still some stragglers (if you look at the Sheet) - I'm a Week 6 order and support said it should be shipped by Friday.

Does anyone know if they are shipping with the powder coated steel sheets? Or is still the PEI sticker? There is nothing on the shipping page talking about it now.

As far as I know, they are only shipping PEI sheets right now. If you specified powder coated and purchased after the first week of March, you will be waiting.

I was wondering if some of the folks who might have been waiting longer maybe ordered with the powder coated sheets. I know for mine they are sending me the PEI version.
I also wonder if I didn't get bumped a bit b/c I emailed customer service, I had not emailed them before and sent them a polite email asking if there was an update since it was a day or two after when the tracking sheet, which had not been updated, indicated it should have been sent.

Those of us who ordered in feb / earlier didn't have the option was just the default sheets listed. Should get the voucher for free shipping and $10 off when they finally have them available though.
Will probably get a textured and gloss one at that point so have a couple and different finishes depending on how i want the parts surface quality for the bottom.

just got tracking number for my order of March 4th. Ordered kit (orange) with PEI sheet. Just as per shipping table.
Contacted support today and was informed texture coated would only be shipping end of may!

Feb 10 w/PETG again - I talked to Support again Friday. Guy I talked to said that 'he'd leave a note for it to be shipped today (Monday). Also expressed frustration with the new shipping system. Hopefully it ships soon^tm....

The PETG with it is delaying it. My 18/2 black mk3 kit shipped today. (Nothing extra as any extra's would have pushed it over our threshold for tax and cost me another $150-200 before the cost of the extras.

Haven't received it yet. DHL have it now and are saying expected delivery of Friday this week. (Coming to Australia)
If you want can update with my opinion of them when i get them.
Going to use the black initially but also print a set of Green PETG replacement ones. (Got some 3D solutech Green PETG that should arrive friday as well from Amazon)
Eventually will be a black / bright green hybrid colour scheme with a black, green and clear Acrylic enclosure to go with it.
Yes you'd be able to have them take the filament out of your order so the printer could ship sooner and get a credit for the cost of it. not sure if they'll refund it or just credit it.

Just got off support chat. Looks like it’ll be another delay of a week since the last update.
I wish communication didn’t wasn’t so terrible. Looks like it’ll be 60 day since I purchased before it even ships.

Spoke to support chat and looks like our black kit ordered 22nd Feb will be shipped "within 2 weeks" so that feels like there is even further delays. There is extra PETG in the order but according to support taking that out will not ship the printer any sooner. 🙁

My experience with my mk3 + Orange PETG was that within about 12 hours of removing the PETG, it shipped. You *could* try removing it - they did it for a refund - but if you want it you may want to wait.

Printer got shipped a couple of hours later so I did not need to remove it at all. 🙂
