Mine stayed in that status for four days. I let it go a day more then talked to support on chat. Once I gave them my order number I was given a tracking number. When I checked it had been out of Prusa for two days.

Anyone know what exactly 3 day shipping is? My lable was created on Mar6 and its now the 12th. Even with delay....3 days has come and gone. What I pay for 3 days for? Still needs to be delived to my state of Michigan

I'm guessing it is 3 day shipping once it gets to UPS in the US (aka overseas and through customs)

It still says order being packed but I got a text from DHL with a tracking number showing it was picked up in Prague today.
I guess they switched from UPS to DHL?

Received it today with a $66 dollar "customs fee" from DHL which had to be paid upfront with plastic, they would not accept cash... WTF
So happy to have it and start my 3D printing learning curve.

What country are you from and was it pre-built or a kit?
Pre-builts most more and would get a inport tax in the US.

Habe mein MK3 Orange Kit am 30.12.2017 zusammen mit MK3 MMU bestellt. Am 13.02.2018 habe ich die Bestellung geteilt, damit das MK3 Kit unabhängig vom MMU versendet wird. Gleichzeitig habe ich noch die Rubin-Düse hinzugefügt. Der Support hat mir meine Bestellung bestätigt und ich habe 20,00 € für den Versand der MMU extra bezahlt. Seitdem warte ich. Hoffentlich wurde ich nicht mit dem Versand bis auf Februar zurück gestuft.

Placet my order on 30/01. Printer came today. It was the big box (assembled) Didn't need the gummybears 😆 .
Just made the wissle, now printing something for my kid, it's going pretty fast on the infilling.
Didn't have time to build the printer myself, also the faster delivery is nice bud I didnt knew that when ordering.
