Manual Moving of the "X,Y,Z" axis
Greetings All,
I have attempted to manually move all three axis (using control panel knob) but not sure if I'm missing something.
"X axis" I can manually move click by click fully across the axis, both directions.
"Y axis" I can only move -.004 when the table is stopped fully & is closest to the operator after a printing file has finished.
"Z axis" I can move upwards to the top but can't move below the finished printing stopped location, which is about 2" off the table.
I was hoping that I could electrically, using manual control knob, to lower the "Z axis" down towards to the table.
Any suggestions/comments?
Thanks.

Did you switch the printer off after your last print? When the printer turns on wherever the print head is at is set to 0,0,0, and the firmware stops you from going negative for all axis except y which can go to -10. What you are describing sounds normal for a printer that was reset after a print, you need to auto home to set the 0 point correctly before you get full manual control in all directions,

Thanks @george-e7, yes I did re-start the printer. Thanks for the tip to select auto home.
I was trying to move all the axis to determine if there was something mechanical causing the shift in my printing which happened twice & both times it was approx .375" off the table/surface. Printed several other pieces with no problems, no offsets.

Turn the printer off and by hand move the extruder left right, and the bed front rear. You're looking for spots that feel "rough" or "sticky" ...
The types of stalls that cause shifts will be really difficult to reproduce one step at a time.
