M3x10 screw defects out of box
good day;I found this screw with deep crack across screw head right out of box, was about to execute step 16 in handbook;
do i need to call for a replacement part or should i just live with it? Will it lead to any failure?

Take a replacement from the hardware spares package and save that one for an emergency.
Although using it likely won’t hurt anything.

Spare pack it is, and then go online and order a collection of M3 screws of different lengths. You'll need them at one point or another.
