Issues print Articulated Dragon tail and finger claws.

I think the tail_21 piece and the claw finger pieces in the Articulated Dragon has defeated me. I have an MK3, with the upgraded extruder and no mmu upgrade. I was trying to print the Articulated Dragon in the thingiverse link above and made some decent progress, making it through the body, neck, the main tail, and the legs with minimal issues using Prusa ABS. For some reason I couldn't get the claw fingers or tail end (tail 21) to stay stuck to the bed. So I switched to Atomic Filament PLA and had the same issue. I've made it about 65% of the way through the tail and about 35% of the way through the claws before they detach from the bed.

I cannot for the life of me get either parts to successfully stick to the bed long for it to print. I've tried rafts, brims, higher and lower bed temperature, higher and lower nozzle temperature, no auto cooling, sand paper, abs juice, glue sticks, different beds, higher and lower live Z values, I've slowed down the printer printer speeds from 100(%?) to 65(%?). All of this in both ABS and pla that I've used to print other parts and sliced from both Prusacontrol and Slic3r prusa edition. Is there anything else I can try to get this part to print because as far as I can tell looking at the slice preview of the part this should be a 100% no brainer print.

There is no 'link above' to the dragon STL.....or have I missed it?
