I need HELP with my MK3S
Hello
I have a MK3S that has some problems that I will need hands on tech support with. I tried to print some keychains and the PLA stuck to the insides of the extruder assembly. I have low vision so it makes it totally impossible to install narts for me. So a good friend installed the parts for me. But he had a terrible time to load and print. So now it is sitting here waiting for me to do something.
I live in Richmond, KY. I would be more than happy to come over and let you help me with this problem. I would pay you for your time as well bring a few spools of filament for your time. If you live within a 1 hour drive of me, my wife will drive me there:)
So please msg me on here and I will be forever thankful for this. We were at MRRF last month where we met Jo Prusa and Shane from support. It was a GREAT TIME meeting everyone in person:).
Thanks again, 😀
Al
RE: I need HELP with my MK3S
Checking Prusaprinters World map and there are three people who say they will do tech support not too far away from Richmond KY. The one to the north is Kellen and to your south is EST Tool and Machine located near Brodhead, KY. Also someone named Chris in Sanford, KY. I suggest that you message these people here on this website.
RE: I need HELP with my MK3S
Hi Will,
Yes, I have tried on that World and sent msgs to both in the last 2 days and never got a response back from either? I thought perhaps since the platform i in still in Beta? perhaps it was not setup yet? I will try the guy in Brodhead and give him a shout, Thank you Will so much for looking up those names as I had already done.
Going to MRRF was absolutely great:). I had met Jo Prusa and asked him if he could build t a MMU2S along with .another MK3S as well. He said "maybe" by fall as every one at Prusa are staying very very busy. I met Shane as well and he was a GREAT too:).
Thanks again Will:)
