How to contact other users near me?
Hi, I just ordered my first printer and I looked at the map to see there are many other owners near me. Is there a way to contact them by user name through the forum? If this has been answered before I wasn't able to find it. Thanks!

Yes, thanks, that's where I see their user name but how do I contact them? When I click on their location on the map a box opens with their user name but it looks like there is a bottom line in the box that is cut off and it won't scroll. What am I missing there?

OK, now I looked at the map on a different PC and I see that a lot more than one line is being cut off in the information box on my other computer which uses a 65" 4K TV as a monitor. That's very curious, that the box doesn't expand to show everything or have a scroll bar to see it. There is something like a scroll bar outside of the box but it isn't operable. Anyway, now I can try to contact people. Maybe a mod wants to look at that situation? Anyway, I am fine with this thread being deleted if anyone wants to do that.

Using my iPad I can press the location of the user and a message option is available

I thinks the problem is likely due to the fact that I have a larger font than usual on screen since I sit 8 feet away from the TV/monitor. I found in Chrome that if I open the menu at the upper right and change the zoom level from 100% to 80% that it all becomes visible and the scroll bar thing that doesn't work is gone. I still think a mod should delete this thread since I'm probably the only one to ever have the problem.

Hi Rob,
I could delete the post, but as you found a way round the issue, it may be useful to others... so at the moment I am m=not inclined to delete the post.
If you definitely want the post deleted, please Private message me,
at the moment PM's are restricted because you are a new member, but the next post or two should clear that for you.
