How strong is the magnetic field on an MK3?
I noticed a warning for my MK3 not to use it if one has a pacemaker or similar device due to the strong magnets in the bed.
Now I'm wondering just how strong the magnetic field is. I have some vintage computer diskettes stored a couple of meters away from my MK3. At that distance, is the magnetic field still an issue, or would it be essentially at background levels?

I think you're good at a couple of meters. 😉
IANAL, but (IMO) the warning is likely some kind of regulatory legalese. If the field were that strong, it would likely corrupt/erase/wipe the data from SD cards inserted in the printer, and I've not heard/read of that being an issue.
That's "MISTER Old Fart" to you!

SD cards store data using electrons instead of magnets like a floppy disk. They should be fine. To be super-paranoid keep them at least as far away as the SD card reader slot.
