Here's a good scraper
FWIW, I've found this plastic scraper to be really helpful in removing stuck bits of filament from the heat bed:

Prior to that I was using my thumbnail, but this scraper works better.
Re: Here's a good scraper
im so scared of putting a razor blade anywhere near my pei flex sheet, especially when we cant even get replacement sheets at this point. i havent had the need to use anything other than flexing the sheet.
Re: Here's a good scraper
Well, these are plastic razor blades. That's the whole point.
Granted, in your case it sounds like you don't need it.
Re: Here's a good scraper
I may have to get some of those blades. I’d probably print a handle tho...
When someone asks you if you're a god, you say, "YES!"
Re: Here's a good scraper
Best 3d printed razor scraper handle ever...Not sure the plastic razors will fit.

I think I've printed a dozen of these for family and friends, always get positive feedback once they get a chance to use it. Fits the hand just great.

It fits. I guess. As you can see, my print came out smooth, but it has these annoying rough edges near the blade. How should I best smooth/remove them? I printed it using Monoprice's PLA Plus, which supposedly is stronger than regular, plain vanilla PLA.
Hmmm.. I wonder if these plastic blades could be 3D printed? I don't see why not. If so, what wold be the best material to print them with? Maybe the same PLA Plus?
Re: Here's a good scraper
That might be an extrusion or retract issue.
Try these two quick tests on your printer.

I've used Inland PLA on all my scraper handles w/o an issue on both my Mk2s and Mk3. I normally print these at .15mm layers w/25% grid infill. I did try PETG (orange handle in pic, blue is PLA), but found it was just a bit too flexible in the blade area. The blade recess slots are very tight...designed that way I think to make sure the blade does not move.
