Got a box sayin MK3S+ but inside was just MK3S no +
I ordered m y upgrade and I acknowledge the description say MK3S but all description on the page is for MK3S+. So I got my upgrade marked MK3S+,but really was not MK3S+
I didnt expect this from PRUSA, I thought were more serious. cost me too much to return it

Mistakes can happen anytime and anywhere. I would take photos and turn to the chat. They can certainly send you the + update quickly.

?????? sorry but you need see the picture, iti si an upgrade and not a printer they sent a MK3S+ upgrade box but inside it is upgrade for MK3S

I had two chats today, they washed hands. They said is what I ordered and not what they described in the box. They said is a mix, of both upgrades but not all MK3S+. The detailed information for the update refer to MNK3S+, while the description say MK3S. It is their mistake but Lion always eat the mouse. I also sent couple emails but no answer, they advertise 24/7 but not sure what week of the month
I dont think management see this so I am just sharing to blow out my frustration

When did you order? When you ordered, the Mk3s was what showed up on your invoice, correct? It sounds like there was an incorrect sticker applied to the box and that's it. However, if you ordered recently, I'm surprised they're not giving you the upgrade. You can always play chicken with them and ask for a refund. Honestly, though, the upgrades aren't huge for the Mk3s+ so if that's what I had ordered, I'd stick with it.

The last time I checked the MK3S+ upgrades weren't going to be available until sometime in January, and you had to pre-order if you wanted one. Are they shipping them already?
