Re: Goodbye fariwell and peace out

If a part fails on my cheap Chinese printer guess what they are sending me a new one.

It will be great if you could describe this more briefly. Which printer? Which platform? How was a process to get a new one?
Sure CR10, the bed motor made a clicking noise. I emailed gear best, they sent me a new one.
In the case of the MK3, one side of the metal sheet the PEI cracked, I was told its not covered and to buy a new one when they are in stock. But it seems to me to likely be a manufacturing defect since the bubbling and lack of sheets for sale and the few people on the forums having issue with it.
Count yourself lucky, gearbest is the worst of the worst companies.... there are plenty of warnings elsewhere on buying any printer off these guys and they been banned from several places too. if you think prusa is bad you don't want to see the bad side of gearbest... lol.
