first layer issue in one spot

What would cause a first layer issue like this (pic below)? On my mk3s, the first layer looks ok to me except on this one end where it gets messy looking in the same spot in the print each time I have printed it...subsequent layers look fine for the most part.  Could it be a spot where the bed is not flat enough maybe?  bed is clean, just has glue on it.

Are you printing polycarbonate?

Your first layer Z looks a little too low, revisit the calibration. The poor adhesion is either grease on the bed or too much glue.

Wash the plate with dawn/fairy and plenty of HOT water.  If you are printing polycarbonate or PETG put a light swipe of glue across the middle and then spread it with a wet tissue.

My problem is that the filament already comes out while heating up so it is missing when printing the first layer.
