Extruder linearity correction calibration

Hi, anybody knows how this works? I followed the steps and set E to off (actually already off by default) but there are diagonal lines throughout the entire tower. Less lines at levels 0 to 1.05 though. In Step.6, they said "print something". What thing? I think the tower is a special design to show the diagonal lines. If print something else, they will not show up.

"print something". What thing?

With the caveat that I never felt the urge to run this test I would suggest that what you want to print is most likely the object that made you look into this issue in the first place, to check that the artifacts that made you look into your extruder linearity have gone away.
