Err: MinTemp help
Hello all,
I'm having trouble with my printer. I'm getting an Err: MinTemp on my hot head. To fix this problem, I bought a new Hotend Thermistor and just installed it today. I was hoping this would fix the printer but it didn't. My hotbed temp gauges is working with no issues. So I think my motherboard is bad. I emailed support to see what I can do to resolve the issue, as the printer is just over a year old.
For trouble shooting, I plugged the new hotend termistor in the bed port and it works, and I plugged the bed into the Hotend port on the motherboard and it is still reading Zero.
Any tips? thank you all.

This might be a Cortroller issue. I would contact support by chat on the shop and have them walk through the issue with you.

Sounds like the wires are bad
So, you "installed" the new one by just testing it without installing it? Your troubleshooting steps sound like you did not do the replacement, but instead verified that the one on the bed is no good.

I reread you message. You definitely need to replace your bed thermistor.
