Carbon Fiber PETG vs PETG

Looking for some user experience here.  I print exclusively with Paramount PETG filament, but I may have need to print with a carbon fiber PETG.  I'm wondering if CF PETG will tear up the nozzle or otherwise effect the hardware, and if there will be issues changing between CF PETG and regular PETG?  FYI, I use MicroSwiss plated wear resistant nozzles.

Anything else I should consider?

I printed several things with the 3DXTech PETG+CF with my i3, and it looks fine.  I used a .3mm hardened steel nozzle that I got from 3DXTech.  I used their recommended temperatures.

RE:

I would recommend a 0.6mm nozzle.  You will get less partial jams.  I have had good success with the Micro Swiss 0.6mm nozzle.  3DXTech also sells a Hercules Hardened Nozzle that I have not tired.

I was using the hardened steel nozzle that 3DXTech sells, and didn't get any jams.  I got the .3 and .4 nozzle, and the .3 nozzle seems to work fine.

Initial Printer setup support needed

This is my first post so not sure if this is the proper forum, but I am needing help. I just received/assembled a MK3S+ printer and when I turn it on it aks me to "unload the filiment first and then repeat this action"

There is no filament loaded, so I click the ok button and it proceeds to check the fans. The fans test good. Then is starts to check the x-axis and gives me a selftest error telling me to check the "length of the x-axis".

Can someone please help?

You will, eventually.  The larger nozzle in my experience (4 years and counting with 17 active printers) will last longer with abrasives.  As you get some wear on the smaller nozzles, they tend to jam.

@david-cook  Check your filament sensor, then if you still have problems come back and start a new thread under:

@david-cook,  what diem said about the forum.

But regarding the x-axis, it's usually either the belt being too tight, or a zip-tie from the cable support behind the extruder hitting the PSU before the extruder makes it all the way to the right.   Ran into both issues putting together my nephew's graduation kit this weekend.
