Bottom infill layer pattern

I know how to change the infill top/bottom layer patterns.  I'm trying to print a coin with some type of image on the bottom without supports. Is it possible to have the bottom infill layer print a specific bottom infill pattern such as Hilbert Curve in a specific design---while the rest of the bottom layer is another pattern such as Concentric.  This way the design will appear different and somewhat visible.

RE: Bottom infill layer pattern

Hi, Have a look at the project file that I attached

I made 4 components
The outer disc for the concentric surface
The inner disc for the Octogram spiral surface
the top text, Hillbert Curve
and the bottom text, Hilbert curve
I Imported the outer disc into Prusa Slicer,
then I use the ADD Part option to add the remaining parts  (All parts were saved from my 3D design program in their original relationship, so that when they were added, they assumed the correct location
then I selected each component in the Prusa Slicer right hand window, and Added the settings that I wanted to change
In these cases :-
Number of perimeters and  (I Chose 1 Perimeter to maximise the  fill area and minimise the outline thickness) this may have slightly weakened the overall coin strength, Afterwards I thought that perhaps I should have left the outer disc with two perimeters since they would be concentric, anyway
infill  (Top and Bottom as appropriate )
