Are there any smooth powder coated sheets?
I am not a huge fan of the texture of the powder coated sheets, but I am a huge fan of how resilient they are and how they don't warp due to heat.
Are there any smooth powder coated sheets? I'm not expecting a glossy finish on the first layer, but maybe not such huge pits as with the Průša sheets.
RE: Are there any smooth powder coated sheets?
Smooth powder-coated spring steel sheet versions were originally announced, but so far as I know, never made it into circulation. Now that Prusa has moved PC sheet production in-house and seem to be (mostly) maintaining stock, they may offer smooth versions again, but I haven't heard anything official.

Oh, so there's a chance. Cool!
Are there any third party smooth powder coated sheets in the meantime? (All I can find is textured sheets.)

Well, I don't know that they don't plan to offer them again, but that doesn't make for good betting odds.
I have not seen 3rd party smooth powder-coated sheets, but there are now many options for spring steel sheets with a variety of surfaces (PEI, BuildTak, Gecko Tek). I'm particularly fond of the thin, flexy sheets from PrintedSolid with BuildTak's easy-remove PEI stickers. It may get damaged, but the stickers come off without a mess and are easily replaced. The BuildTak spring steel sheet is very thick, so I go with the thinner PrintedSolid version.
