after nozzle strike printing is off

My printer was working fine.  After a firmware update, the nozzle struck the bed.  i flipped the bed over, cleaned the nozzle and performed the Wizard Calibration.  the printer does not print correctly, starting with the first layers.  the later layers look ok, but the initial ones are not.  I have ordered a new bed.  I am not sure if soemthing else may be damaged or I need to do a different Z adjustment or calibration.

Any thoughts?

thanks, Filgouge in bed

I would perform a factory reset and check the correct mounting of PINDA like:

and do the wizzard and first layer calibration again.

If at first you don't succeed, skydiving is not for you.
Find out why this is pinned in the general section!
